Getting started with Luv Tracking

1. Install and open

Install Luv Tracking and open it from Apps. There is nothing to connect and no code to paste — the app starts mirroring your fulfillments straight away.

2. Build the page

Open the Tracking page tab and switch the page on. Add, reorder and remove sections — headline, order tracker, products, survey, footer — set your colors, then Save. The live preview beside the editor updates as you type.

3. Point customers at it

Your page is already live at yourstore.com/apps/luvtrack, on your own domain, with no theme edit. Add it to your store navigation and link it from your shipping emails.

4. Turn on notifications

Paste your Klaviyo public API key on the Integrations tab, then pick which carrier events fire — in transit, out for delivery, delivered, delayed — on the Notifications tab.

5. Preview

Look up a recent order on the live page to see exactly what your customers get.
