Question types

The five types

• Single choice — one answer from your options; optionally allow "Other" free text. Option order can shuffle to remove position bias.
• Multi-response — choose several; answers store comma-separated.
• Open ended — a free-text box.
• Date — buyers pick a date (due dates, birthdays); stored as ISO dates so Klaviyo reads them as real dates for date-based flows.
• NPS 0–10 — the classic scale, sent to Klaviyo as a number so you can segment "NPS ≥ 9".

Questions run one at a time and every one is skippable — how many you can add per set depends on your plan (unlimited on Pro). Attribution ("How did you hear about us?") goes first — it's the answer worth the most money.
