Luv Cart BETA
A cart drawer that looks like your brand hired a designer — with upsells that actually earn their place. Flat pricing, no order-volume tax, built by store owners.
Why another cart drawer?
We ran the market-leading cart app on our own store for years. It worked — but we used maybe a third of it, the "AI" upsells turned out to be Shopify's free recommendations API, and the bill scaled with our total store orders whether or not the drawer earned anything. So we built the cart we wanted, the same way we built Customer Luv Surveys: the features merchants actually use, executed beautifully, at a flat price.
What's in it
- Design presets — pick a personality (Blue Crush, Heritage, Boutique Cards, Minimal Luxe), then adjust brand tokens: colors, corner radius, fonts inherit from your theme automatically.
- Upsells with proof — rule-based recommendations ("bought X → offer Y") with review stars, one-tap add, and a display limit so the cart never feels like an ad unit.
- Trust row & goal bar — guarantee/lab-tested/give-back badges and a free-shipping or reward progress bar.
- Discount field — apply codes right in the drawer, with savings shown per line.
- Honest analytics — drawer impressions, upsell adds, and checkout clicks, attributed via line-item properties you can verify in your own orders.
- Zero theme surgery — a single app embed toggle; the drawer renders in a Shadow DOM so your theme's CSS and ours never fight.
The one feature nobody else can build
Luv Cart is made by the same team as Customer Luv Surveys — which means your cart can use what customers told you. A shopper who answered "I buy for my partner" gets the his & hers cross-sell; a low-NPS customer gets no upsell at all. The question and the cart, finally in one place.
Beta status — the honest part
Luv Cart is currently in closed beta, running live on rootd.com where it's being measured head-to-head against the incumbent it replaces. Beta merchants get it free, forever. If you want in early: hi@customerluv.app.
