Klaviyo integration

Setup (one field)

In Integrations → Klaviyo, paste your public API key (six characters, from Klaviyo → Settings → API keys) and Save. Done.

What lands in Klaviyo

• A Post Purchase Survey event per submission.
• Profile properties per question, e.g. survey_source, survey_nps.
• Typed values: NPS arrives as a number, dates as real dates — so flows and segments work without text gymnastics.

Segment on day one: survey_source = "TikTok" → ads audience; survey_nps ≥ 9 → review-request flow.
