Getting started with Luv Reply
1. Install and open
Install Luv Reply and open it from Apps in your Shopify admin. Everything — Inbox, Autoresponder, Analytics, Settings — lives in the left sidebar.
2. Turn on the storefront embed
The autoresponder listens to your theme's contact form. Open the Inbox — the status check at the top tells you plainly whether the embed is live, with a one-click Enable link if it isn't.
3. Write your reply
Set your auto-reply copy and the owner notification. The built-in sender needs nothing else; to send from your own domain, paste a Resend key in Settings and it takes precedence.
4. Test it
Submit a message through your live contact form. Within seconds you'll see the auto-reply arrive and the message land in your Inbox with the customer's context attached.
