Getting started with Customer Luv Surveys

1. Install and open the app

Install Customer Luv Surveys, then open it from Apps in your Shopify admin. The app runs entirely inside your admin — Questions, Analytics, Customers, Integrations, Team, and Support live in the left sidebar.

On the Questions page, click ✨ Add recommended sets. You'll get proven starter sets (attribution first, always) that you can edit, retarget, or delete. They arrive disabled so nothing goes live until you say so.

3. Target and enable

Open a set, give it a survey heading, choose which orders see it (product keywords, new vs returning customers), toggle it on, and Save.

4. See it live

Click 👁 View live on store to open the checkout editor's thank-you page preview. The survey renders with a sample order — no test purchase needed.

Note: the question blocks you may see in the checkout editor's settings are an emergency fallback only. The app is the source of truth — manage questions there.
