Ady & the Claude / ChatGPT connector

What Ady does

Ady is the AI helper built into Luv Cart. Ask in plain words, for example:

• "Give a free tote on orders over $75."
• "Add a free-shipping step at $50 and 10% off at $100."
• "Which upsells earned the most last month?"
• "Make the drawer match my store."
• "Is the cart switched on in my theme?"

Ady works from your Luv Cart settings, your products and your summary numbers. It doesn't need, and isn't given, your customers' names, emails or addresses.

Nothing goes live until you click Confirm

Ady drafts each change and shows you exactly what will happen. Anything your shoppers would see, such as a live gift, a reward step or the drawer's design, waits for your click on a Confirm card.

Credits

Ady isn't part of the Free plan. Starter includes 100 credits a month, and Grow has no credit count. During early access every store has Grow.

The connector for Claude and ChatGPT

Prefer to work in Claude or ChatGPT? Connect Luv Cart and ask there.

1. In Luv Cart, open Integrations and copy your connect code.
2. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and add a custom connector with the address below. In ChatGPT, add it as a custom connector under Settings → Apps & Connectors.
3. When it asks, enter your connect code.

The connector reaches your store only. In the chat, turning the drawer on or off, putting a gift live or changing a live one, changing reward steps that come off at checkout, applying Match my store and Klaviyo changes all show you exactly what will change and wait for your yes. Design, wording, upsell and extras changes save when you ask, so check what the assistant proposes before you say go. Unlike Ady, the connector can read your Customers list (names and emails) when you ask for it, because it works in your own Claude or ChatGPT account.
