Question sets, targeting & ask-until-answered

Sets target orders, not pages

Each question set has include keywords (order must contain a matching product) and exclude keywords. A buyer only ever sees the one set that matches their order — prenatal buyers get prenatal questions.

Audience: new vs returning

Optionally limit a set to first-time or returning customers. We count both Shopify's order history and our own answer history, so it works even for guest checkouts we've seen before.

Ask until answered — across devices

Questions a buyer has already answered are skipped on their next order, even on a different device, because answer history lives server-side (keyed by email). Mark a question Ask every time (great for NPS) to override.

Headings

Every set has its own survey heading — the default "Quick question for you" is fine, but per-set headings ("How was your Prenatal experience?") measurably lift response rates.
