Every answer fires the Survey response submitted trigger with the customer, survey set, question, answer, and order reference. Build flows like: answer contains "gift" → add order tag → notify Slack.

Tags & metafields

• Choice/NPS answers become customer tags like clv-source-tiktok — usable in Shopify segments and every app that reads tags.
• All answers save to customer metafields under the customerluv namespace — visible on the customer page and in Flow conditions.
