How an order counts as "through the drawer"
The first time a shopper opens the drawer with something in it, Luv Cart marks their cart. An order placed from a marked cart counts as an order through the drawer, and the upsells and gifts the drawer added are marked on their order lines too. Every number on this page comes from those real Shopify orders, not from estimates. Orders that never touched the drawer, such as draft orders, point-of-sale orders or a buy-now link that skips the cart, aren't counted.
What each number means
- Drawer opens: how many shopping sessions opened the drawer.
- Checkouts: how many times shoppers pressed checkout in the drawer.
- Orders: orders placed through the drawer.
- Revenue: the total of those orders.
- Upsell revenue: what shoppers paid for the products they added from the drawer's upsells.
- AOV with and without upsells: the average order value of drawer orders that included an upsell, next to those that didn't. Shoppers who add an upsell may have spent more anyway, so read the gap as a guide rather than proof that upsells caused all of it.
- Gifts given: free gift units on drawer orders, and what they're worth.
- Rewards unlocked: how often carts reached each reward step.
- Discount codes: codes shoppers entered in the drawer that worked, and codes that didn't.
- Rates: orders per drawer session, checkouts per drawer session, and how often a shown upsell was added.
- Subscribe & save switches: how many times shoppers switched a line to a subscription in the drawer.
Below the totals you'll find a day-by-day chart, a table of your upsell products (how often each was shown, added and ordered, and the revenue) and a table of gifts and rewards. Pick any date range.
Customers
On Grow, the Customers page lists the customers who ordered through the drawer: their name and email, how many orders they've placed with your store and what they've spent, when they became a customer, and their drawer orders, upsell spend and gifts. Search by name or email. Names and emails come from Shopify each time you open the page; Luv Cart doesn't keep them.
