Know Your Product

Ask a question about what you sell. Shoppers tap the right answers, skip the wrong ones, and finish knowing your product better.

  • You write the question
  • Wrong taps cost points
  • Every fact shown at the end

This is a demo. A win shows a sample code, not a real one.

Best for teaching what’s in a product.

Use it when a product has a story worth knowing before the first order: what’s in your bestseller, what makes it different, or what it’s made of. Shoppers learn as they play, then see every fact at the end.

  • What’s in your bestseller
  • What makes a product different
  • A new launch shoppers haven’t met yet

How scoring works

We set up every round and check every score on our side, against what was dealt and the clock.

Right piecescores points Decoycosts points
  • Read the question

You write it, like “Tap what’s in our bestseller.”

  • Tap the right pieces

    Right pieces score points.

  • Skip the decoys

Wrong pieces cost points, so careful beats fast.

  • See what you learned

After the round, shoppers see “What you just learned”: the fact for each piece.

Set it up in three steps

Or describe the game to Claude or ChatGPT, and your assistant will set it up for you.

  1. Write the question

One clear question about one product works best.

  2. Add right pieces and decoys

Give every piece a short fact. The best decoys are things shoppers might believe.

  3. Set the prize, the score and where it shows up

Choose the discount, the winning score, and how shoppers find the game. The Peek, a play bubble, after a delay, when someone’s about to leave, or only from a link. Or share the game’s own page.

Questions about Know Your Product

What makes a good decoy?

Something a shopper might believe. A believable decoy teaches more than an obvious one. Our guide to writing product facts has examples.

What do shoppers see after the round?

A list called “What you just learned”: each piece and its fact, including the ones they missed or tapped by mistake.

Can I see which facts land?

Yes. The “What shoppers know” report shows how often shoppers got each piece, missed it or tapped it by mistake.

Does Klaviyo get the results?

Yes. Every winner who claims a code shows up in Klaviyo, and their profile shows what they knew and what they missed. Your first email can teach the thing they missed.
