Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
No. Every new store gets 14 days free with everything included. Without a plan, your games stay saved as drafts, and shoppers don’t see them.
What counts as a visitor?
Each shopper who opens your store while a game is live, counted once a month in each app they use on each phone or computer. So a shopper who visits in Safari and again inside Instagram counts twice, and a private window counts again. Visits to a game’s own page, the one you share in ads, emails and QR codes, don’t count.
What if I go over?
Your games keep running that month, and we let you know. If it happens two months in a row, they pause at your limit until the 1st, or until you’re on a plan that covers your visitors. We never bill overages.
Is Roo, Earnaroo’s AI helper, included?
Yes, on every plan and in the free trial. Every plan includes a monthly amount of help from Roo. If you use it up, Roo is back on the 1st. The free trial includes a smaller amount, a little each day.
Do you charge per lead or per code?
No. Your plan is based on visitors only. There’s no charge per lead, per game or per code.
How do I pay?
Through Shopify, on your regular Shopify bill. You can change plans anytime from the app.
