The philosophy difference
Fairing is a research platform. Customer Luv is a focused tool: capture attribution and a handful of high-value answers at the moment of maximum goodwill, make the data instantly usable, and turn the thank-you screen into a cross-sell. We deliberately left out the other 80% of features — that's what keeps it fast, simple, and cheap.
Switching is low-risk
Both apps use Shopify's checkout extension system, so you can run Customer Luv alongside Fairing on a test order before you cancel anything. Your historical Fairing data stays in Fairing/Klaviyo; Customer Luv starts capturing from day one.
